description: On Thursday, November 10th at 6:30pm, the documentary Screenagers will be presented at the Corvallis-Benton County Library. This documentary was created by physician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston who wondered what the impact of all this time young people (and adults) spend in front of a screen might be. She also takes a look at the friction it can cause when negotiating finding balance in homes and schools. This is being presented at no cost to the public, so I hope you will be able to attend! Recently I was sent this link to the trailer of Screenagers, and I thought it looked like a great way to open up more conversation around the struggles of families looking to find balance with mobile devices and electronic media in our everyday lives. We are proud to be helping sponsor this event in our community!
